Bring fit testing to your team

Onsite testing can help employers coordinate appointments around work schedules, planned projects and staff availability. Our team uses TSI PortaCount equipment to assess the fit of the respirators your workers use.

Our onsite team option is available for five or more people. Pricing is quoted for your requirements. For smaller groups or individual appointments, see our Auckland office testing option.

What the service includes

Confirm the respirator makes, models and sizes before the visit so we can plan the appropriate testing arrangements. Testing records relate to each person and the respirator tested.

How to arrange a workplace session

1. Send your requirements: provide your site address, number of workers, respirator details and preferred dates.
2. Review your quote: we confirm availability, scope and pricing before the booking is agreed.
3. Prepare your team: share the appointment instructions with each attendee and organise a suitable testing area with us.
4. Complete the session: workers attend their allocated appointments and receive individual results.

What we need from your workplace

Nominate a site contact and let us know about inductions, access restrictions, shift patterns and any requirements for visiting contractors. We will discuss the space and facilities needed before attending.

Workers should bring the respirators they use and follow the preparation instructions provided. Let us know if anyone needs multiple respirators tested or may need help sourcing an alternative.

Planning for new starters and repeat testing

Include fit testing in your arrangements for new workers who will use tight-fitting respirators and for workers changing equipment. Keeping a record of each person’s tested respirator and test date helps you plan future appointments.

Our office is based in Epsom, Auckland. Send us your workplace address to confirm onsite availability and any travel arrangements. For locations outside Auckland, please enquire before planning your session.
